摘要
为了测量固体发动机柔性喷管在空间多自由度时的实时参数,研制了一种摆动喷管摆角测量系统。测量系统由摆角测量装置子系统和六自由度运动参数采集与处理子系统组成。摆角测量装置子系统为线位移传感器和角位移传感器提供电源适配和信号变换,六自由度运动参数采集与处理子系统采用PXI的模块化设计平台,软件设计中采用针对测试系统的开发软件Lab Windows/CVI。
A swing angle measurement system of nozzle is designed to measure solid motor flexible nozzle with multi degree of freedom real time parameters. It consists of swing angle measurement subsystem of nozzle and six degree of freedom motion parameter acquisition and processing subsystem. The measurement subsystem provides power and signal conversion for line displacement sensor and angular displacement sensor. The six degree of freedom motion parameter acquisition and processing subsystem adopts modular design platform of PXI bus, and the development software lab windows/CVI for testingsystem is adopted in software design.
