基于主客条件互适性分析的农业转移人口市民化推进路径研究——以德州市陵城区为例

Research on the Promotion Path of Agricultural Transferred Population Citizenization based on the Compatibility Analysis between the Objective and Subjective Factors: Take Lingcheng District De Zhou City as an Example

农业转移人口市民化的影响因素,既包括所处城市环境、户籍吸引力、迁出地的农村权益保障等客观因素,又包括落户意愿与留城定居能力等主观条件,其深层结构则是主观条件与客观因素的相互适应。基于主客互适视角的市民化推进路径,总体上应遵循人、城、乡、政"四位一体"的思路,以实现农业转移人口市民化健康可持续发展。

The affecting factors of the agricultural transferred population citizenization included the objective factors,such as the urban environment,the household registration attraction and the relocation place interests,there also included the subjective conditions,such as the settleing willingness and the settling city ability,etc.The deep structure was the mutual adaptation between the subjective and the objective factors.The promotion paths of citizenization based on the perspective of the mutual adaptation of subject and object factors.In general,we should follow the development plan of＂four in one＂about people,city,township and government,in order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the citizenization of the agricultural transferred population in the new urban area.
