摘要
四环素类抗生素是一类以并四苯结构为母核的广谱抗生素,被广泛应用于医疗、畜牧、水产等行业,通过粪便和尿液排出造成土壤、水体严重污染。本文概括了四环素类抗生素的微生物降解、植物修复、人工湿地以及微生物燃料电池的降解机理、影响因素和研究进展。
Tetracycline antibiotics are a class of broad-spectrum antibiotics with the tetracene structure as the mother nucleus.It has been widely used in the medical industry,animal husbandry,aquaculture and other industries.However,most of them were excreted in the form of excrement and urine,causing serious pollution problems of soil and water.The degradation mechanism,influencing factors and progress of microbial degradation,phytoremediation,constructed wetlands and microbial fuel cells in the biodegradation studies of tetracycline antibiotics were summarized in the review,aiming to provide references for further research.
