摘要
采用自制支链硅油,与甲基硅油、硅树脂、白炭黑配合制得硅膏。再将硅膏与Tween-80、Span-60、羧甲基纤维素钠、少量水混匀,然后高速搅拌增稠至半固体状,滴加剩余水和杀菌剂,制得有机硅消泡剂乳液。研究了支链硅油的黏度、支化度及其在硅膏中质量分数对消泡剂性能的影响。结果表明采用黏度2 520 m Pa·s和支化度为1.20的支链硅油,且当其在硅膏中的质量分数为25%时,制得的消泡剂综合性能较佳,消泡时间为60 s,鼓气120 s后的泡沫高度为3 cm。
A silicone paste was prepared with self-made branched-chain silicone oil,polydimethylsiloxane,silicone resin,and silica. Then the silicone paste was mixed with Tween-80,Span-60,sodium car-boxymethyl cellulose,and a small amount of water,stirred to a semi-solid state with high speed,then adding residual water and bactericide to acquire silicone defoaming agent emulsion. The effects of branched-chain silicone oil viscosity,branching degree and weight percentage in silicone paste on the performance of defoaming agent were investigated. Results show that when using the branched siloxane with viscosity of 2520 m Pa·s and a branching degree of 1. 20,the percentage by weight in the silicone paste is 25%,the defoaming agent has better comprehensive performance and the defoaming time is 60 s,the height of the foam after blowing 120 s was 3 cm.
