摘要 介绍了有机硅单体生产中废气处理的工艺原理及流程,分析了现有技术的缺点并提出了有效的改进措施,开发了有机硅废气处理节能新技术。经该技术处理后,柴油使用量由70~80 L/h降低至40~43L/h,耗电量由410 k W·h降低至287 k W·h,环保和节能效益显著。 The technical principle and process flow of the exhausted gas in the production of silicone monomer was introduced. The defects of the present technology were analyzed,and the improvement measures were proposed. Thus a new energy-saving technology in silicone exhausted gas treatment was developed. After the treatment,the diesel consumption is reduced from 70 ~ 80 L/h to 40 ~ 43 L/h,the electricity consumption is reduced from 410 k W·h to 287 k W·h. The new technology is beneficial to the environmental protection and energy saving.
