摘要
将40组健康的大白鼠分成4组,分别为对照组(N组)、高强度有氧运动组(E组)、酒精灌胃组(AL组)、高强度有氧运动组+酒精灌胃组(E+AL组),其中AL组与E+AL组采用56°的二锅头进行灌胃,N组和E组灌胃等量的生理盐水,10周后将全部大白鼠处死.实验结果表明:AL组中的AST、ALT的水平相对于N组有了显著性升高,SOD有了显著性降低,MDA有了显著性升高;E+AL组与AL组比较,AST有了显著性降低,SOD有了显著性升高,MDA有了显著性降低.这表明高强度有氧运动能够对酒精性脂肪肝的损伤进行一定程度的修复.
The 40 groups of healthy rats are divided into four groups,the control group(N group),the highly intensity aerobic exercise group(group E),the alcohol lavage group(group AL),and the high intensity cardio lavage+alcohol group(group E+AL).Group AL and group E+AL with 56 degrees of spirit erguotou lavage,Group N and group E group with the same amount of saline lavage.Execute all the rats after 10 weeks,results show that the levels of AST and ALT in group AL has risen obviously,SOD has fallen obviously and MDA has risen obviously compared with group N.The comparison of group E+AL and group AL shows,AST has fallen obviously,SOD has rison obviously,and MDA has fallen obviously.Conclusion:highly intensity cardio can effectively repair the damage degree of alcoholic fatty liver,but be limited in their ability to repair.
