摘要
建立苗药黑骨藤中含总黄酮及总皂苷量测定的方法.结果表明,芦丁标准对照品在2.230~44.600 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=11.087X-0.012 5(r=0.999 2);齐墩果酸在8.080~40.400 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,回归方程Y=49.13X-0.013 8(r=0.999 8).该方法快速简便,结果可靠,可用于黑骨藤中含总黄酮及总皂苷的量测定,为黑骨藤的质量标准研究提供依据.
To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids and total saponin content of Periploca Forrestii Schltr. Results indicated the range linear has good relationship between2. 230 - 44. 600 mg/L,the regression equation was Y = 11. 087 X-0. 012 5（ r = 0. 999 2）;when oleanolic acid in 8. 080 - 40. 400 mg/L linear regression equation,Y = 49. 13 X-0. 013 8（ r = 0. 999 8）. This method was simple,reliable and can be used for the determination of total flavonoids and saponin content in Periploca forrestii Schltr,provided the basis for the quality standard of Periploca Forrestii Schltr.
