摘要
当LNG从船舱输送到接收站储罐内时,由于管道流量大,管径大以及LNG本身的低温性质,使得LNG卸船管道内的瞬变流现象时有发生,严重影响着LNG输送的安全运行.针对利用特征线法(MOC)建立的LNG卸船管道系统计算模型,利用文献中的LNG压力实验数据进行验证.模拟计算结果可以很好地得出管道发生瞬变流时最大的升压值(第一个压力波),且模拟值与实验结果吻合较好.所以该模型具有正确性和准确性.
When the international liquefied natural gas( LNG) is transported from the cabin to the receiving station,due to the large pipe flow,large pipe diameter and the low temperature nature of LNG,the transient flow in the LNG unloading pipeline has always occurred,which seriously affects the safe operation of LNG transportation. Based on the calculation model of LNG unloading pipeline system established by the feature line method( MOC),the experimental data of LNG pressure in the literature was used to verify the calculation. The simulation results showed that the maximum lift value( the first pressure wave) when the pipe was transient,and the simulation value was in good agreement with the experimental results. Therefore,applied in LNG pipeline calculation model was correct and accurate.
