摘要
针对城市的宜居性,引入"城市宜居度"概念,围绕该概念建立评价指标体系的模型,使用因子分析、主成分分析等方法,分别构建了因子分析、评价与判断矩阵等模型,运用SPSS、Matlab、EXCEL等软件进行数据处理和程序编辑.研究得出结论:不确定因素影响下宜居城市的排名,评价体系中建成区绿化覆盖率指标和失业率指标最具显著性.
In view of the city livability,the concept of " livable city" was introduced and the evaluation index system model was established. The factor analysis,evaluation and judgment matrix model were established using factor analysis and principal component analysis with the SPSS,Matlab and EXCEL software for data processing and editing. It was obtained that the ranking of livable cities under the influence of uncertain factors,and the two most significant conclusions of the greening coverage index and the unemployment rate index of the built area in the evaluation system.
