摘要
宫颈癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁患者的生命与健康。放疗作为宫颈癌主要的治疗手段,对宫颈癌患者,特别是晚期宫颈癌患者意义重大。然而放疗不敏感仍然是放疗应用的最大障碍。Bcl-2和Bax基因、Survivin和Livin基因、Smac基因等是与宫颈癌放疗敏感性相关的基因,了解其在肿瘤中的作用机制,寻找放疗增敏靶点,有望提高宫颈癌的放疗敏感性。以最低的放疗剂量达到最好的治疗效果已经成为临床和基础研究的目标和方向。
Cervical cancer is the most common malignant tumor of female reproductive system,and it does great harm to women's life and health. Radiotherapy is the main treatment for patients with cervical cancer,especially in patients with advanced cervical cancer. However,insensitivity to radiotherapy is still the biggest obstacle for the application. Bcl-2 and Bax,Survivin and Livin,Smac,and so on are the radiation sensitivity related genes in cervical cancer,therefore understanding the mechanism of them in cancer and find the radiotherapy sensitizing target to improve the radiosensitivity of cervical cancer and achieve the best therapeutic effect with the lowest dose of radiotherapy is our target.
