摘要 肺是放射敏感性器官之一。而放射性肺损伤(RILI)包括急性放射性肺炎和慢性放射性肺纤维化,最常发生于胸部肿瘤的放疗中。RILI是一种高度复杂的疾病,其特点为发生时间长、范围广,并伴随多种病理机制的改变。在治疗方面,其常规临床方案具有诸多不良反应,而间充质干细胞及其分泌的外泌体具有免疫调节和抗纤维化等特性,这使它们在人类肺部疾病诊断和治疗中的应用越来越受到重视。因此,间充质干细胞及其分泌的外泌体通过其自身免疫修复系统在一定程度上将有助于改善和缓解肺纤维化的病程,为治疗RILI带来新途径。 The lung is one of the radiosensitive organs. Radiation-induced lung injury( RILI) includes acute radiation pneumonia and chronic radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis. RILI is a highly complex disease most commonly associated with radiation therapy for chest tumors,haracterized by a long duration and wide range of events. It is accompanied by the changes of various pathological mechanisms. As for the treatment,its routine clinical regimen has many adverse reactions,while the mesenchymal stem cells and their secreted exosomes have the characteristics of immune regulation and antifibrosi,which draws more and more attention to their application in the diagnosis and treatment of human lung diseases.Therefore,mesenchymal stem cells and their secreted exosomes through its autoimmune repair system will help to improve and alleviatethe course of pulmonary fibrosis to a certain degree,bringing a new way to treat RILI.
