随着膳食结构的改变,以及日常活动的不断减少,超重和肥胖的患病率逐年上升。肥胖不但增加了相关慢性疾病的发生率,也给患者的心理造成了不同程度的影响,使其生活质量下降。治疗的肥胖方法有很多种,调整饮食与运动相结合的方式更容易接受,常见的调整饮食的方法有低热量饮食疗法、低脂饮食、高蛋白饮食以及地中海饮食等,药物减肥也很常见,主要包括非中枢性作用减重药、中枢性作用减重药以及兼有减重作用的降糖药。了解减重的方法,以期改善肥胖患者的生活质量。

Since the diet structure of people has changed greatly and the daily activities have been decreasing,the prevalence of overweight and obesity is increasing year by year. Obesity not only increases the incidence of chronic diseases but also causes different levels of influence on the patients＇ psychology which have lowered people＇ s quality of life. There are many ways to treat obesity,among which a combination of diet and exercise is more acceptable. Common ways to adjust diet include low-calorie diet,low-fat diet,high-protein diet,mediterranean diet and so on. Drugs for obesity are also common,mainly including non-central action weight reduction drug,the drugs acting on the central system and hypoglycemic drugs with the effect of weight loss. Understanding the treatment methods of obesity is expected to improve the quality of life of the obese patients.
