摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是慢性肾脏病的主要原因。白细胞介素6(IL-6)信号转导通路参与DN进展的炎症反应。目前的研究表明,这些IL-6应答是通过依赖糖蛋白130-信号转导与转录活化因子3机制介导的,该机制一方面触发从先天性到适应性免疫应答的转变,另一方面用于局部组织重塑和免疫细胞浸润。而在DN中,IL-6的作用并没有得到很好的阐明。IL-6介导的经典信号转导通路通过IL-6结合受体蛋白和IL-6介导的跨信号转导通路通过可溶性IL-6受体被证明参与DN的发病机制。 Diabetic nephropathy( DN) is a leading cause of chronic kidney disease. Interleukin-6( IL-6) signaling participates in inflammation responses central to the progression of DN. Current evidence suggests that these IL-6 responses are mediated via gp130-STAT-3 dependent mechanisms which,on one hand,trigger globally the transition from innate to adaptive immune response,and on the other hand act locally for tissue remodeling and immune cell infiltration. In DN conditions the role of IL-6 is not well elucidated. IL-6 classical signaling pathway via receptor mb IL-6 R and IL-6 cross-signaling pathway via soluble IL-6 R are proven to participate in the pathogenesis and progression of DN.
