卵巢囊肿的病理生理变化及治疗进展

Pathophysiological Changes and Treatment Progress of Ovarian Cysts

卵巢囊肿为临床妇科常见疾病,其发病率逐年升高,可发生于任何年龄,但多发于育龄期妇女,是常见的良性肿瘤。临床上,卵巢囊肿的病情发展缓慢,早期常无明显症状,但随着囊肿的逐渐增大,可出现月经紊乱、腹胀腹痛等。目前,临床针对卵巢囊肿的治疗方法多样,主要包括中医治疗(中药内治法、中药外治法及针灸治疗等)、西医治疗(西药、手术和介入治疗)及中西医结合治疗等。近年来,中西医治疗在卵巢囊肿方面积累了丰富的经验,并取得了较理想的治疗效果。未来希望能重点采用中西医结合疗法治疗卵巢囊肿,通过使用中药调节患者微循环,西药抗菌消炎、止痛消肿,以促进囊肿的消散,提高患者的治疗效果,减少并发症的发生。

Ovarian cyst is a common clinical gynecological disease. Its incidence is increasing year by year. It can happen at any age,but it is more common in women of childbearing age. It is a common benign tumor. Clinically,the development of ovarian cysts is slow and there is no obvious symptoms in the early stages. However,with the gradual increase of cysts,menstrual disorders,abdominal distention and abdominal pain can occur. The clinical treatment of the disease is varied,including TCM treatment（ TCM internal treatment,external therapy and acupuncture）,western medicine treatment（ western medicine,surgery and interventional therapy） and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. In recent years,Chinese and western medicine has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of ovarian cysts,and has achieved a relatively ideal therapeutic effect. In the future,we hope to focus on the combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine of ovarian cysts,through the regulation of microcirculation in patients with Chinese medicine and western medicine anti-bacterial antiphlogistic,acetanilide detumescence,so as to promote the dissipation of cysts,improve the therapeutic effect,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
