试论计划管理在石油工程管理中的作用

Discussion on the Role of Plan Management in Petroleum Engineering Management

随着近年来我国经济的快速发展以及科学技术的不断进步,我国的石油产业也得到了蓬勃发展。但是因为石油产业有着投资风险大、技术难度高、涉及范围广、施工工期长等特征,这就对石油产业的计划管理工作造成了极大的困难和挑战。文章研究了计划管理在石油工程中的作用,以期为我国石油工程发展提供建议。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy and the continuous progress of science and technology in recent years, China＇s petroleum industry has also been developed flourishingly. However, because the petroleum industry has the characteristics of large investment risk, high technical difficulty, wide range of scope and long construction period, it has caused great difficulties and challenges to the planning management of the petroleum industry. This paper studies the role of plan management in petroleum engineering, hoping to provide suggestions for the development of petroleum engineering in China.
