湿法生产聚氯乙烯电石降耗措施

摘要 随着历史进程的不断推进,聚氯乙烯行业也取得了良好发展,通过技术水平的增强可极大提高资源利用率,进而大大降低聚氯乙烯电石消耗程度。本文主要基于对以往相关案例的综合分析可知,若聚氯乙烯生产期间受到外界因素干扰影响,电石必然会出现能源消耗情况,需要相关人员能够基于此提出合理化应对措施,从而实现社会效益和经济效益的最大化。 With the continuous progressing of the historical process, the PVC industry has also achieved good development. Through the enhancement of the technical level, the utilization of resources can be greatly improved, and the consumption of polyvinyl chloride calcium carbide is greatly reduced. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the previous related cases, this paper shows that if the production of polyvinyl chloride is affected by external factors, the calcium carbide will inevitably have energy consumption, and the relevant personnel should be able to put forward the rationalization measures based on this, so as to maximize the social and economic benefits.
