国内空分系统设备发展探究

摘要 随着科学技术的不断发展以及工业化进程的不断加快,国内对空气分离的要求越来越高,随之而来的是空气分离设备的不断升级。空气中含有大量日常需要的原料,通过多种流程设备来分离空气中的氧气、氮气等成分,以此来供应石油和冶金等行业的生产使用。本文细致探究了国内空分系统设备中的板翅式换热器、分子筛吸附器、离心压缩机以及低温液体泵等空气系统分离装置的发展状况,并且对国内空分装置的选用进行了系统的概括。 With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous acceleration of the process of industrialization, the demand for air separation in China is becoming higher and higher, which is followed by the continuous upgrading of air separation equipment. Air contains a large number of daily needs, through a variety of process equipment to separate the oxygen, nitrogen and other components in the air, in order to supply the production and use of petroleum and metallurgical industries. In this paper, the development of air separation devices such as plate fin heat exchanger, molecular sieve adsorber, centrifugal compressor and low temperature liquid pump in domestic air separation system are carefully explored, and the selection of domestic air separation equipment is systematically summarized.
