摘要
宝钢6米焦炉在出炉过程中机焦侧塌焦现象经常发生,在造成资源损失、设备烧损和增加作业强度的同时,也给生产安全和环境保护带来不利影响,甚至影响焦炉正常生产。本文就减少机焦侧塌焦对策进行探讨,并提出一系列解决对策。
Coke collapse often occurs in both push-side and coke-side during the furnace-out process of Baosteel's 6-meter coke oven, causing resource loss, and equipment damage, and increasing operating intensity. At the same time, it also has an adverse effect on safety and the environment, and affects production. This article mainly discusses how to reduce both push-side and coke-side coke collapse,and also proposes some countermeasures.
