本文就食品安全问题及食品检测发展方向分析进行了研究。近些年来,我国出现了大量的食品安全问题,比如三鹿奶粉、双汇瘦肉精、上海毒馒头、重金属的大米、地沟油……还有好多我们看到的看不到的事情,每件事的出现都让我们触目惊心,令人作呕。俗话说:民以食为天,但今天的食品越来越让人堪忧,有些人甚至出现了眼不见为净的心理,可见这些问题不但给人们的生命财产带来威胁,对老百姓的健康问题也存在着很大隐患,加大食品的查处力度,提高食品检测水平是国家亟需解决的问题。

In this paper, the food safety problems and the development direction of food detection were studied. In recent years, there have been a lot of food safety problems in our country, such as Sanlu milk powder, Shuanghui lean meat essence, Shanghai poisonous steamed bread, heavy metal rice, waste oil... There are a lot of things we can＇t see, everything makes us shocking, disgusting. As the saying goes： people take food as the heaven. But today＇s food is becoming more and more worrying, some people even appeared the psychological of cleaning out of their sight. It can be seen that these problems not only pose a threat to people＇s lives and property, but also have great hidden dangers to people＇s health. It is an urgent problem for our country to strengthen the investigation of food and improve the level of food detection.
