摘要
在酒精发酵过程中,会包含很多成分,杂醇油就是其中比较重要的一种,要想确保酒精蒸馏的效果,就必须对杂醇油进行有效分离。基于此,本文首先对五塔蒸馏工艺流程进行了简单介绍,并在此基础上从方法选择、模块选择以及数据获得等方面对杂醇油的分离过程进行了模拟,其次从精塔系统模拟、分离优化方案、杂醇油分离器以及优化结果等方面对酒精蒸馏中杂醇油分离的优化模拟进行了深刻探讨,具有一定的理论与现实意义。
In the alcohol fermentation process, there will be a lot of ingredients, and fusel oil is one of the most important ones. In order to ensure the effect of alcohol distillation, it is necessary to separate the fusel oil effectively. Based on this, the five-column distillation process was introduced briefly in this paper, and then the separation process of fusel oil was simulated from the aspects of method selection, module selection and data acquisition. Secondly, the optimization simulation of fusel oil separation in alcohol distillation was deeply discussed from the aspects of distillation column system simulation, the separation optimization scheme, the fusel oil separator and the optimization results, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
