摘要
头孢菌素抗生素是一种抗菌活性强、疗效高的抗生素。生产过程中常用化学法和酶法来制取,但是化学法对环境污染严重,对反应条件比较苛刻,因此,酶法成为生产的必然趋势。酶法合成比化学法合成显示出更先进的科学技术与广泛应用,因此人类社会越来越看重用酶法去制造头孢菌素类抗生素。酶法合成的基本研究方法为平衡与动力学两个方面的操控,依靠新科技和与之相关的多种方法完备生产过程的基本条件,提高酶的动态活力,使生产过程更加完整连贯,趋于现代化和一体化,不断去革新进步,应用科学技术对抗生素进行生产制造。本文从不同的定义和视角去探讨酶法合成头孢菌素类抗生素的生产过程。
Cephalosporin antibiotic is a kind of antibiotic with strong antibacterial activity and good curative effect. Chemical method and enzymatic method are commonly used to prepare it in the production process, but chemical method has serious environmental pollution and that reaction condition are harsh. Therefore, enzymatic method has become the inevitable trend of production. Enzymatic synthesis is more advanced than chemical synthesis in science and technology and is widely used, so the human society is paying more and more attention to the use of enzymatic method to produce cephalosporin antibiotics. The basic research method of enzymatic synthesis is the control of balance and dynamics, relying on new technology and many related methods, to complete the basic conditions of the production process, improve the dynamic activity of enzyme, make the production process more complete and coherent. Tending to modernization and integration and continuing to innovation and progress, apply the science and technology to the production and manufacture of antibiotics. This paper discusses the production process of cephalosporin antibiotics by enzymatic synthesis from different definitions and perspectives.
