With the rapid development of the construction industry in China in recent years, the construction of urban infrastructure in China has been improved constantly, and the quality of the building has a direct impact on the users. Because construction projects need huge financial support, if we cannot make reasonable project budgets, we will not be able to effectively control the cost of construction projects. This will not only delay the construction period, but also affect the quality of the building, which will cause huge property losses to the construction enterprises. Therefore, this paper discusses the value of engineering budget in construction cost control, and tries to build a more accurate and efficient engineering budget control measures.
