基于某超限框架剪力墙结构抗震设计与分析

摘要 基于天津市西青开发区住宅建设项目一高124.6 m的局部超限框架剪力墙建筑结构,对其超限设计与抗震设计进行分析。重点分析框架剪力墙超限结构的平面和立面布置、构造措施、抗震分析等内容。通过比较分析PKPM和MIDASgen两种模型的计算结果,验证了该超限框架剪力墙结构符合现行《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ3-2010)(简称《高规》)和《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011-2010)(简称《抗规》)要求。 Based on the residential construction project of Tianjin Xiqing Development Zone,a high 124. 6 m frame shear wall structure is analyzed for its super limit design and aseismic design. The paper mainly analyzes the plane and elevation layout,construction measures and seismic analysis of the structure of the frame shear wall with super limit. Through comparison and analysis of the results of PKPM and Midas-gen models,it is proved that the frame shear wall structure of this framework conforms to the current Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of High-rise Buildings( JGJ3-2010) and Code for Seismic Design of Buildings( GB50011-2010).
