1,2,5-噻二唑-[3,4-g]喹喔啉衍生物近红外荧光发射特性研究

摘要 有机分子的近红外荧光在非线性光学器件中的应用和生物成像非常重要。本文研究了两种有机染料1,2,5-噻二唑-[3,4-g]喹喔啉衍生物(TQ1和TQ2)的近红外荧光发射非线性光学性质。在激发波长为532 nm时,观察到具有噻二唑基作为给体的发色团(TQ2)呈现出明显的饱和吸收行为,但在联苯(TQ1)作为给体的衍生物中没有观察到饱和吸收行为;具有噻二唑基作为给体的发色团(TQ2)在第二生物窗口中表现出更大的双光子吸收横截面,并且具有更强的近红外荧光性质。这种噻唑类-喹喔啉衍生物将在固态光电子器件和生物成像中拥有非常广泛的应用前景。 The application of near-infrared fluorescence of organic molecules in nonlinear optical devices and biological imaging are very important. The near-infrared fluorescence emission nonlinear optical properties of the two organic dyes 1,2,5-thiadiazole-[3,4-g]quinoxaline derivatives( TQ1 and TQ2) were studied. At the excitation wavelength of 532 nm,the chromophoric group( TQ2) with thiadiazolyl as the donor was observed to exhibit a pronounced saturated absorption behavior,but no observation was observed in the derivative of biphenyl( TQ1) as a donor. Saturated absorption behavior; the chromophore( TQ2) with thiadiazolyl as a donor exhibits a larger two-photon absorption cross section in the second biological window and has stronger near-infrared fluorescence properties. Such thiazole-quinoxaline derivatives will have very broad application prospects in solid state optoelectronic devices and bioimaging.
