摘要
目的:观察人工泪液对局部应用抗青光眼药物造成眼表损伤的影响。方法:选取180例原发性青光眼患者,按照患者就诊时间的先后顺序将其分为对照组与观察组各90例,对照组患者采用抗青光眼药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用人工泪液治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后眼压、泪膜破裂时间、SIt、生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,观察组患者眼压、泪膜破裂时间、SIt评分及生活质量均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工泪液对局部应用抗青光眼药物造成眼表损伤具有预防作用。
Objective: To observe effects of artificial tears on ocular surface injury caused by local application of anti-glaucoma medicines. Methods: 180 patients with primary glaucoma were selected and divided into control group( n = 90) and observation group( n = 90) according to the registration order. The control group was given anti-glaucoma medicine treatment,while the observation group used the artificial tears on the basis of that of the control group. The intraocular pressures before and after the treatment,tear film break-up time,SIt scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results: After the treatment,the intraocular pressure,tear film break-up time,SIt score and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusions: Artificial tears have a preventive effect on the ocular surface injury caused by local application of anti-glaucoma medicines.
