二孩政策后二胎孕妇的产前焦虑调查及相关因素分析

Survey on prenatal anxiety and analysis of its related factors for pregnant women with a second child under the two-child policy

目的:了解二孩政策后孕妇产前焦虑的发生情况并分析其影响因素。方法:采用焦虑自评量表和自行设计的一般情况问卷对扬州市妇幼保健院的600例二胎孕妇进行调查。分析二胎孕妇产前焦虑发生情况及其影响因素。结果:600例二胎孕妇的产前焦虑发生率为10.67%;低龄、低文化程度、孕妇单亲、担心产后恢复均是二胎孕妇产前焦虑的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:二胎孕妇存在产前焦虑情况,而低龄、低文化程度、孕妇单亲、担心产后恢复均是二胎孕妇产前焦虑的影响因素。

Objective： To investigate prenatal anxiety and analyze its influencing factors of pregnant women with a second child under the two-child policy. Methods： The self-rating anxiety scale and a self-designed general information questionnaire were used to investigate 600 pregnant women with a second child from Yangzhou maternal and child health hospital. Then,the prenatal anxiety and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results： The prenatal anxiety rate was 10. 67%,and low maternal age,lower education level,single parent family,and being worried about postpartum recovery were influencing factors of the prenatal anxiety for the pregnant women with a second child（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The pregnant women with a second child show prenatal anxiety symptoms. Moreover,its influencing factors are low maternal age,lower education level,single parent family,and being worried about postpartum recovery.
