水分胁迫对不同抗旱性豇豆生长及光合特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究豇豆不同品种在水分胁迫下的生理响应,以2个抗旱性不同的豇豆品种长青102(抗旱性强)和三尺绿(水分敏感型)为试材,研究了水分胁迫对豇豆生长、光合能力及水分利用效率的影响。结果表明:水分胁迫显著抑制了豇豆生长,降低了叶片的叶绿素含量、水势、净光合速率和蒸腾速率,提高了水分利用效率;2个豇豆品种相比,抗旱性较强的长青102受水分胁迫影响相对较小,其表现为水分胁迫下生物量积累较多,叶片的叶绿素含量和净光合速率较高,叶片水势和蒸腾速率均较低,水分利用率较高。较强的光合能力、较高的水分利用效率是长青102适应水分胁迫环境的重要因素。 To explore the physiological mechanism of cowpea varieties under water stress, the effects of water stress on the growth,photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency of cowpea with different drought resistance were studied. The results showed that water stress significantly inhibited the growth of cowpea,lowered the chlorophyll content, leaf water potential(LWP), leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and transpiration rate(Tr),and increased the water use efficiency. Compared the two varieties,water stress had little influences on Changqing 102 with stronger drought resistance, its biomass accumulation was higher, the chlorophyll content,Pn and water use efficiency were higher,and the LWP and Tr were lower. Changqing 102 maintained higher Pn and water use efficiency under water stress,which might be the major physiological characteristic in the adaptive capacity to drought.
