钾肥对甘薯根腐病的防治效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 探索钾肥对甘薯根腐病的防控效果,可以为甘薯根腐病的防治提供依据。以甘薯根腐病感病品种冀薯4号为试验材料,采用盆栽试验和田间试验,研究了不同施肥处理对甘薯根腐病发生的影响;并采用水培试验,研究了不同浓度硫酸钾溶液培养对甘薯根系发育的影响。结果表明:施用钾肥可以降低甘薯根腐病的病情指数,明显提高防治效果,其中钾肥与有机肥配施效果最好。在一定范围内提高钾浓度可明显促进甘薯秧苗不定根的生长,但是当硫酸钾浓度超过2 mg/L时会抑制甘薯根系的发育。在实际生产中,可通过适当提高钾肥施用量来有效防治甘薯根腐病的发生,但是,应注意要合理施用钾肥。 To explore the control effect of potash fertilizer on root rot of sweetpotato,can provide basis for the prevention and control of the disease. The root rot susceptible variety Jishu No.4 was used as the experimental material, and the methods of pot experiment and the field experiment were adopted to study the occurrence of root rot under different fertilizer treatments,and the effects of different concentrations of potassium sulfate solution culture on root development of sweetpotato were analyzed. The results showed that the application of potash fertilizer could reduce the disease index,and the control effect was significant. When potassium and organic fertilizers were applied simultaneously,the effect was remarkable. Adequate potassium could promote the growth of adventitious roots of sweetpotato seedlings. When the concentration of potassium sulfate exceeded 2 mg/L,the root development would be inhibited. Therefore,in the actual production the amount of potassium fertilizer could be appropriately increased to prevent the occurrence of sweetpotato root rot,but the rational application of potassium fertilizer should be paid attention to.
