摘要
现代学徒制是一种基于稳定师徒关系的新型职业教育模式,进一步深化了校企合作。了解现代学徒制在职业教育中的成效,需要对现代学徒制模式的效果展开系统、客观的评估。当前现代学徒制的效果评估存在明显的缺陷,需要从评估指标、评估方法、评估内容、评估主体等多方面构建完善的效果评估体系。
Modern apprenticeship is a new type of vocational education model based on a stable teacher-apprentice relationship, which further deepens the school-enterprise cooperation. Understanding the effectiveness of modern apprenticeships in vocational education requires a systematic and objective assessment of the effectiveness of modern apprenticeship models. There are obvious flaws in the evaluation of the effectiveness of modern apprenticeships. It is necessary to construct a sound effect evaluation system from various aspects such as evaluation indicators, evaluation methods, assessment contents, and assessment subjects.
