The Research on 5-year Vocational Education Students' Management Method

五年制高职是高职高专院校一个新的重要招生渠道,但其生源质量参差不齐,学生管理工作难度大。在分析了五年制高职学生的特点后,从班级管理、宿舍管理、学习管理和实习管理四个方面阐述了五年制高职学生的管理方法。

5-year vocational education is a new important channel of recruitment in higher vocational college. The recruitment of students scale expands unceasingly, but the quality varies, so the student management is becoming difficult. First, this paper studies the characteristics of 5-year vocational education students, and then this paper expounds and analyzes the management method of 5-year vocational education students from four aspects：class management, dormitory management,study management and internship management.Finally this paper summarizes the connotation construction of the management methods of vocational education under the new situation.
