摘要
大数据时代的到来为企业洞察消费者提供了一种全新的途径和手段。企业可利用cookie数据、搜索数据、社交数据、电商数据和跨屏数据,从收集整理消费者数据、利用标签绘制消费者画像到最后针对消费者特征制定营销策略并通过反馈改进营销策略来对消费者进行洞察研究。
The arrival of the era of big data provides a new way and means for enterprises to understand consumers. Enterprises, by making the use of the cookie data, search data, social data, e-commerce data, and multi-screen data, and from collecting and sorting consumer data, using labels to draw consumer pictures, to finally making strategies according to the consumers' characteristics, and improving marketing strategies through feedback, will conduct an insight studies on consumers.
