成人噬血细胞综合征1例 被引量：1

Hemophagocytic syndrome:a case report

摘要 患者,男,49岁,因主诉发热45 d于2016年12月27日收入院。患者45 d前无明显原因出现高热,热峰39.6℃,轻咳,咯少量白痰,先到当地诊所就诊,多次给予抗生素及退热药物,效不佳,仍持续高热。当地三甲医院实验室检查：血WBC 2.71×10^9/L,血红蛋白89 g/L,PLT77×10^9/L;降钙素原213 ng/ml,ESR21 mm/h;抗中性粒细胞浆IgG抗体阴性,抗核抗体阳性（1：320）,CENP B阳性（＋＋）,类风湿因子阴性.
