小肝癌的非手术治疗现状及进展

The current status and progress of non-surgical treatment of small hepatocellular carcinoma

小肝癌在临床上是较为常见的恶性肿瘤,因其一般无任何症状和体征而被认为是亚临床肝癌。由于肝癌发病率及死亡人数逐年增长,且大肝癌或晚期肝癌的治疗效果相对较差,使得小肝癌的治疗研究显得极为重要。目前治疗小肝癌的方法日趋多样化,包括手术(开腹或腹腔镜下)切除、各种形式消融术、肿瘤放射治疗、生物免疫疗法、中药治疗、给肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)以及联合治疗等。小肝癌首选手术切除,然而实际上由于许多患者因合并症或患者主客观因素等原因失去手术切除条件,而使得仅有部分患者进行了手术切除。文章对非手术治疗小肝癌的当前状况及今后发展趋势予以综述。

Small liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the clinic. And it is considered subclinical liver cancer because of its general absence of any symptoms and signs. The incidence of liver cancer and the number of deaths are increasing year by year, and the treatment of liver cancer or advanced liver cancer is relatively poor. The current method of treatment of small liver cancer has become increasingly diverse,including surgery, laparotomy or laparoscopy, tumor resection, all kinds of form ablation radiation therapy, biological immune therapy, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and combination therapy with conventional TACE. Although small liver cancer is preferred surgical excision, only some patients are suitable for surgical resection, and many patients regret losing surgical resection due to complications or the patient＇s subjective and objective factors. In this paper, related literatures were reviewed to report the current status and future development trend of non-surgical treatment of small liver cancer.
