聚氨锌尿素中的镍含量分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 聚氨锌尿素具有一定的增长肥效和使养分充分利用的效果,能够有效促进生物体内的各项生长素快速行程,长效改善农产品的品质,因此在工业生产和农业种植中得到广泛应用。聚氨锌尿素中含有一定量的镍,通常含量在2×10-6左右,为了研究聚氨锌尿素中的镍含量,采用分光光度法对镍的含量进行测试,分光光度法具有准确率较高、测定速度较快且操作过程简单等优点,应用此法测量出的镍含量精度和密度较高,能够有效满足化工企业生产过程中的生产需求。主要对镍含量的测定进行分析探讨,并总结测定分析过程中产生误差的原因,提出相应的解决措施。 Polyamine zinc urea has a certain effect of increasing fertilizer efficiency and making full use of nutrients.It can effectively promote the rapid travel of various auxin in living organisms and improve the quality of agricultural products with long effect.Therefore,it has been widely used in industrial production and agricultural cultivation.The content of nickel in poly(ammonia)urea is 2 * 10-6.In order to study the content of nickel in polyammonium urea,the content of nickel is measured by spectrophotometric method.The spectrophotometric method has the advantages of high accuracy,fast speed and simple operation.The content of nickel is measured by this method.The accuracy and density are high,which can effectively meet the production demand of chemical enterprises in the production process.In this paper,the determination of nickel content is analyzed and discussed,and the causes of errors in the determination process are summarized,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
