Iraq Project Design Management Problems and Countermeasures

随着国际总承包项目的不断发展,国际承包企业在EPC项目设计管理环节暴露出诸多问题,对项目成本及工期造成不良影响。通过阐述伊拉克经理EPC项目在前期准备及实施阶段的设计管理,以案例的形式引出我国承包商在现行EPC项目主要的设计管理问题,并提出相应对策,为以后EPC项目提供借鉴和参考。

With the continuous development of international general contracting projects,international contracting companies have exposed many problems in the design and management of EPC projects,which has had a negative impact on project costs and schedules.By expounding the design and management of the Iraqi manager EPC project in the preliminary preparation and implementation stage,the main design and management issues of the Chinese contractor in the current EPC project were brought out in the form of a case,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed to provide reference for the future EPC project.
