摘要
针对杜813块抽油机系统效率较低的问题,从优化管杆泵设计、合理调整工作参数、科学应用节能技术、精益日常维护管理四个方面入手。结果表明,优化后,在原抽油机系统效率的基础上提高了8.6%,并有较高的经济效益。
In view of the low efficiency of the Du 813 block pumping unit system,starting with optimizing the design of the rod pump,rationally adjusting the operating parameters,scientifically applying energy-saving technologies,and lean daily maintenance management.It has increased 8.6% on the basis of the efficiency of the original pumping system,and has higher economic benefits.
