在简单介绍INEOS气相聚丙烯生产工艺的基础上,对其S301膨胀式袋滤器作用、工艺控制及事故处理进行深入分析,并提出袋滤器系统改进建议,为保证系统运行安全性提供有效方法。
Based on a brief introduction of INEOS gas phase polypropylene production process,the effects of S301 expansion bag filter,process control and accident handling are analyzed in depth.Suggestions for the improvement of bag filter system are put forward,and an effective method is provided to ensure the safety of the system operation.
