高温热油泵独立自循环冷却系统的应用

摘要 近年来,不断出现高温热油泵密封失效问题,轻者造成装置临时停车,重者造成人员伤亡,财产损失。因此加强对高温热油泵机械密封的管理和技术创新,确保高温热油泵的运行安全,是非常重要的课题。主要探讨了某原油稳定装置的两台高温热油泵的冷却系统的技术改进,以往通过建立公用的循环水系统,来冷却多台设备。使用公用的循环水系统冷却多台设备有许多优点,但也存在一定的弊端。着重论述了针对高温热油泵设计独立自循环冷却水系统,对泵的轴承箱体冷却和机封冲洗系统的冷却进行了应用,取得了良好效果。 In recent years,the sealing failure of high temperature hot oil pumps has been constantly occurring.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the management and technological innovation of the mechanical seal of high temperature hot oil pumps to ensure the safe operation of high temperature hot oil pumps.This paper mainly discusses the technical improvement of the cooling system of two high temperature hot oil pumps in a crude oil stabilizer.In the past,we set up a common circulating water system to cool a number of equipment.There are many advantages of using a common circulating water system to cool many devices,but there are also some drawbacks.This paper focuses on the design of an independent self circulating cooling water system for the high temperature hot oil pump,which has been applied to the cooling of the bearing box of the pump and the cooling of the machine seal washing system,and the good results have been obtained.
