摘要 为了获得淀粉的优良性能以及扩大其应用范围,需要在天然淀粉的基础上,通过淀粉的的改性方法,引进新的官能团或淀粉分子和颗粒的性质,进而改变淀粉的天然特性,更好地应用到各个行业。就淀粉改性方法和淀粉改性在各行业的相关应用作简要讲述。 In order to obtain the excellent properties of starch and expand its application,it is necessary to introduce new functional groups or the properties of starch molecules and granules on the basis of natural starch,and then change the natural properties of starch.Better applied to various industries.In this paper,the methods of starch modification and the application of starch modification in various industries are briefly described.
