Determination of Clonazepam and Clozapine in milk by GC-MS

样品中氯硝西泮和氯氮平在酸性条件下(p H=3~4)用乙醚提取,涡旋混合,离心使之分层,转移乙醚层,合并乙醚提取液,水浴中挥发至近干,残留物加甲醇复溶,GC-MS检测,该方法已在实际案例中得到应用。

Clonazepam and Clozapine in the sample under acid condition（pH=3~4）extracted with ether,vortex mixing,centrifugal stratified,transfer the ether layer,merge ether extract,water evaporate to nearly dry,residues after methanol solvent,GC-MS detection,this method has been applied in actual cases.
