摘要
采油岗位培训是提高生产一线工人专业技术水平的一种方式。由于每一名员工的专业技能水平不同,所以采油岗位培训课程就需要针对不同层次的员工分别制定。通过课程培训,不仅要让员工牢记理论知识,还要员工熟练实际操作技能,使理论实践相结合,达到培养合格岗位工人的目的。
Production job training is a way to improve the professional skills of the production line workers.Because each employee’s professional skills are different,the oil job training courses need to be developed separately for different levels of employees.Through curriculum training,it is necessary not only to allow employees to keep in mind theoretical knowledge,but also to skillfully employ practical skills and to combine theoretical practice with the goal of cultivating qualified workers.
