摘要
研究了环己酮装置轻塔和酮塔工艺流程,对其换热网络进行节能优化,给出方案,通过分析每年能够获得240万元的收益。
The technological process of the light tower and ketone tower of cyclohexanone device was studied. The energy saving optimization of the heat transfer network was optimized and the scheme was given. Through the analysis, 2.4 million ¥ of the income could be obtained every year.
