摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展与科技的不断进步,化工产业也逐渐增加且产量飙升,可随之而来的便是能源的巨大浪费及环境的污染与破坏,这也成为当今社会热议话题,且长期持续下去必然会导致生态的不均衡和人类生存环境的破坏。要想改善这一现象,就要降低能源消耗,而在不影响正常的化工生产过程中又能降低能源消耗,只有基于化工过程中节能降耗进行工艺设计。对化工生产过程中的能源消耗现象和如何进行节能降耗做出简要分析。
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous advancement of science and technology,the chemical industry has also gradually increased and the production has soared.This can be followed by a huge waste of energy and environmental pollution and destruction.This has also become a hot topic in today’s society.The topic,and the long-term continuing to go,will inevitably lead to ecological imbalance and the destruction of the human living environment.In order to improve this phenomenon,it is necessary to reduce energy consumption,and to reduce energy consumption without affecting the normal chemical production process.Only process design based on energy conservation and consumption reduction in the chemical industry process is needed.This article briefly analyzes the energy consumption in the chemical production process and how to save energy and reduce consumption.
