随着社会经济的不断发展,环境污染问题越来越严重,虽然国家采取各种措施对环境污染进行治理,但效果却不是很明显。在新形势下,环保部门通过环境监察对环境进行治理,对经济发展过程中出现的各种环境问题进行监督,以改善整体环境。对环境监察执法效能现状进行分析,并就其提升对策进行探讨。

With the continuous development of the social economy,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.Although the state has taken various measures to control the environmental pollution,the effect is not obvious.Under the new situation,the environmental protection department manages the environment through environmental supervision,supervises the various environmental problems that appear in the process of economic development,in order to improve the overall environment.This paper analyzes the current situation of environmental monitoring and law enforcement effectiveness,and discusses its improvement strategies.
