水环境管理现状及改善措施

水资源是我国非常重要的自然资源,其对于流域内的社会经济发展起着非常重要的作用。但是,在我国经济发展中采用的是粗放型的经济增长模式,水环境管理体系比较落后,导致水环境污染现象十分严重,需要采取相应的措施改善水环境管理质量。对水环境管理现状进行分析,并就其改善措施进行探讨。

Water resource is a very important natural resource in China.It plays a very important role in the development of social economy in the basin.However,in the economic development of our country,the extensive model of economic growth is adopted,the water environment management system is relatively backward,and the water environment pollution is very serious,and the corresponding measures should be taken to improve the quality of water environment management.This paper analyzes the current situation of water environment management,and discusses its improvement measures.
