石化企业炼化装置的电气设备经常会出现各种类型的电气故障。其中因前期设备施工安装不规范、设计不符合要求、电气回路元器件或设备本体与图纸不符及无具体施工组织设计方案、管理疏忽人员技术力量薄弱等等一系列问题引起的后期电气方面故障也是存在的。当出现此类问题时需要重新投入人力、精力去检查处理电气故障,从而影响到电气设备的正常投入。
