支流道对锌镍单液流电池流场均匀性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 基于CFD技术建立锌镍单液流电池电堆流场的三维数学模型,分析了电堆在不同支流道宽度、长度和支流道数目下的流场分布规律.文中引入不均匀性指数,作为衡量流场分布均匀性的参考标准.研究结果表明:在支流道宽度为5.08mm,长度为150 mm,支流道数目为22时,流场分布更为均匀.所得结论对锌镍单液流电池支流道设计具有指导意义. A three-dimensional mathematical model of flow field for zinc-nickel single flow battery was built based on CFD technology. And then the flow distribution of the stack in different branch width,length and branch numbers was analyzed. The non-uniformity index was introduced,which is a reference standard to measure the uniformity of flow distribution. The results of simulation show that the flow field distribution is uniform when the width of the tributary channel is 5. 08 mm,the length is 150 mm and the number of branch channel is 22. The conclusion has important significance in guiding the design of zinc-nickel single flow battery.
