摘要
为了提高精密装配耦件的装配精度,提出了一种新的基于排序运动算法的选择装配方法.对选择装配问题及需求进行分析,构建以实际装配公差精度为基础,以最小整体匹配方差为目标的评价函数模型.分析排序运动算法通过将数据从小到大排序及运动计算的算法原理,采用数学假设证明方法证明了排序运动算法在两组相同数量匹配数据和不同数量匹配数据情况下求得最优匹配序列的可行性.以船用柴油机的机架孔和气缸套的选配为例,利用MATLAB软件辅助计算验证了此算法的有效性.
To improve the assembly accuracy of precision assembly coupling parts,a new method of selecting assembly was proposed based on the sort and move algorithm. An evaluation function model aimed at the minimum overall matching variance was established based on actual assembly tolerance. The sort and move algorithm principle was analyzed,which was based the algorithm of sorting the data from small to large and moving computing.By using mathematical hypothesis proving method we have proved the feasibility of obtaining the optimal matching sequence in the two groups of the same number of matching data and different quantity matching data. At last,the MATLAB software is used to verify the validity of the algorithm,which is based on the selective assembly of the frame hole and the cylinder sleeve of the marine diesel engine.
