化学修饰对蛹虫草多糖体外生物活性的影响 被引量:3

Effect of chemical modification on in vitro biological activities of polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris

摘要 为了探讨化学修饰对蛹虫草多糖体外生物活性的影响,对蛹虫草多糖进行乙酰化、磷酸化和硫酸化修饰,并对其化学修饰衍生物进行体外抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性研究.结果表明:蛹虫草多糖乙酰化、磷酸化和硫酸化的取代度分别为0.96、0.40和0.39;修饰后的蛹虫草多糖表现出不同程度的生物活性,其中硫酸化修饰提高了蛹虫草多糖清除DPPH自由基活性、螯合Fe2+能力和抑制SGC7901细胞增殖活性,分别比修饰前提高了11.9%、47.2%和47.0%;乙酰化修饰仅提高了蛹虫草多糖清除DPPH自由基活性,而磷酸化修饰仅提高了蛹虫草多糖螯合Fe2+能力;因此,硫酸化修饰是改善蛹虫草多糖生物活性的有效方法. To investigate the effect of chemical modification on in vitro biological activities of polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris,the polysaccharides of Cordyceps militaris were modified by acetylation,phosphorylation and sulfation. The in vitro antioxidant activity and antitumor activity of the modified derivatives were studied. Results showed that the degree of substitution( DS) of acetylation,phosphorylation and sulfation was 0. 96,0. 40 and0. 39,respectively. The modified derivatives revealed different biological activities. Compared with unmodified Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides,the scavenging DPPH radical activity,chelating Fe2 +capacity and inhibiting SGC7901 cell proliferation activity of sulfated Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides was increased by 11. 9%,47. 2% and 47. 0%,respectively. Acetylation modification increased only the scavenging DPPH radical activity of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides,while phosphorylation modification increased only the chelating Fe2 +capacity of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides. Therefore,sulfation modification is an effective way to improve biological activities of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides
