Based on the scientific analysis of the risk situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the general secretary Xi Jin ping constructed the idea of holistic risk management. This thought emphasizes that the risk of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is systematic, including but not limited to the new normal risk of economic development, the risk of political corruption within the party, the risk of state ideology, the risk of social public safety, and the risk of natural ecological environment. At the same time, we must enhance the consciousness of subjective responsibility, abide by the bottom line thinking, promote the modernization of governance capacity, and establish the risk management community of destiny.
